Refund policy

7 Day – Easy Return Policy on Laces & Frills – We Give 100% Refund

We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying garments online
When buying garments online, touch, and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7-day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply follow the procedure below.

 Handover the parcel to the courier company within seven days of receipt.

  1. Do not worry about the transit time. It is outside the seven day window period of return.
  2. The garment should be in unused, original condition and we’ll refund you the full amount paid (store credit or bank transfer) for the product (Without Shipping Charges if any).
  3. Follow the procedure below.

The Procedure for return :-

For Refund by way of store credit. You can use store credit to rebuy or exchange any product from our store.


We provide a seven day window in your account  where you can request pick up of the garments to be returned.

  • Log in to you account (the email is your usename)
  • OTP will be sent to your email as password
  • Click on order to return and choose the garment and reason to return.

Our courier will come and pick up the garment and deliver the same to us free of cost. Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags clearly mentioning (inside the shipment) – Your name, Order number, Contact details

We refund the garment cost by way of store credit or garment exchange.

The above is only applicable if you are seeking refund by way of store credit or an exchange.

 

For Refund by way of Money in your Bank or Credit Cards


Pack & Dispatch the products to our Chennai address –

Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id like a Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight, DTDC or Indian Speed Post. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also traceable during transit.

Email us Refund details-
We process the Refunds in 7 working days after we receive the products back in the original condition.  Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT, or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.
We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. In case of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank Name, Bank branch address, Bank account number, and Branch IFSC code.  You can email us all these details on admin@lacesandfrills.in


Please note: We do not refund the shipment courier charges if charged in you original invoice when requesting refund by way of money in your bank or by credit cards. All non applicable discounts are also reversed.


Important Do's and Don'ts - while returning products :


-The product, original tags, labels, and packaging should not be tampered.
- Products should be returned in the original packing. The packaging should not be damaged/ tampered by sticking labels or otherwise writing on it.
-While returning the products, pack the products in the original packing, and wrap a plastic cover of white paper on top of the package.
- Put your name, order number, and mobile number on the outer plastic cover. 
-If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment
Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products that are not received back in their original condition.
